اوساکا (Osaka) (به ژاپنی: 大阪市) یکی از شهرستانهای مشخص شده در ناحیه کانسای ژاپن است. سومین شهر بزرگ ژاپن و مرکز استان اوساکا است. این شهر بر روی جزیرهٔ هونشو، جزیرهٔ اصلی ژاپن، واقع شده است.
